Metallic Balloons Are Not One Size Fits All

When clients say they want metallic balloons, they usually mean shine, depth, and a more elevated look. What many people do not realize is that metallic balloons come in a wide range of finishes and tones, even within the same color family.

That is why we always ask for inspiration photos and specific color preferences. We want to make sure the gold we select matches the gold on your napkins, the accents on your tablescape, and the frames used to display photos at your event.
We primarily work with three professional balloon brands - Kalisan, Sempertex, and Tuftex. Each brand approaches metallic colors a little differently.
Kalisan is best known for bold, high shine finishes.
Sempertex offers a wide range of pearl and metallic tones with a softer shine.
Tuftex metallics tend to be more muted with less opacity.
Even something as simple as silver is not just silver.

Golds can lean yellow, warm, or antique depending on the shade and finish.

Champagnes can look beige, blush, or soft gold depending on lighting and surrounding decor. This is exactly why details matter!

We never want to choose a metallic color that clashes with your other event elements. Sharing inspiration photos, or letting us know colors you do not like, helps us select balloons that align with your overall design!
Metallic balloons can elevate a space beautifully, and at Cantwell Creates we focus on selecting the exact shade and finish that works with your overall event design!
